LTC has been one of the most reliable but underperforming coins for a long time — but you don’t have to just HODL and hope for a breakout. If you’re sitting on Litecoin, here are practical ways to make it work for you right now. I havew tried all of this but of course DYOR, you can loose funds.
Litecoin and Dogecoin mining with rentals
For start be aware, when you mine LTC you also mine DOGE. Catch is – DOGE is easier to mine (often you hit DOGE but not LTC) and costs more. This is a paradox where Litecoin merged DOGE (like th
merged to BTC or BCH) but the merged coin is worth more than main one.
So our goal here is to rent hasing power using our Litecoin and mine LTC with DOGE ands then convert what we get into LTC back or BTC. In perfect scenario your Litecoin mines DOGE or DOGE+LTC and you get even more Litecoin.
Be away you may also not hit anything, and it needs some tries but if bloc kof LTC+DOGE is worth 1200 USD even using 1100 USD to mine it is a profit.
To avoid some of the risks you can use thing called PROP mining, this way even if somebody else finds the block you get parts of it.
Here you can see my friend mined LTC+DOGE and other coins but i also got share. This way even if you dont hit you get something. Other option is just to use solo mode and try to mine yourself and get 100% rewards.

Get yield from holding Litecoin
In your wallet this coins do literally nothing. You can make them to work for you, yield on LTC is small since exchanges have enough of it but better than nothing. Of course keep in mind – depositing to exchange means risk. If exchange is gone your funds are also. Here is few best yields right now.

From time to time exchanges give bonuses for deposits and staking and this links will give you those but with Litecoin do not expect big yields.
